Overview
Action Mediator proudly organized a prestigious Training cum meeting Program on “Strengthening Urban Local Government Services” for officials of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Government of Bangladesh.
This international program was conducted in Italy and the United Kingdom from 6 October to 18 October 2025, in collaboration with leading academic and institutional partners including Università Roma Tre, ANCI (National Association of Italian Municipalities), Rome City Council, and the Polytechnic University of Milan.
The program aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills through a combination of academic sessions, institutional meetings, policy discussions, and field visits, providing a comprehensive understanding of European models of governance, urban planning, and public service delivery.

The Italy segment provided in-depth exposure to municipal governance, national administrative frameworks, and innovative urban planning strategies.
